Yes, right on the money. Posts like this get people to think about their thoughts and actions. Like a recent post from LetitGo Coach, where she chooses to be happy on a rainy day, or when she can’t find what she needs at the store, she gets something different, instead of stewing about it. Attitude of Gratitude helps so much and this points us to the way forward. I also love Kahlil Gibran’s poem ‘on pain’ which enlightens us to that, pointing the way to letting us know that pain is the beginning of your growth. It’s not punishment! “Your pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding.” (Sorry I tend to get chatty sometimes.) ❤ Patty
